Rochdale Development Agency have big plans for redeveloping the historic town hall into an inclusive hub for the entire community. Envelope Films were proud to produce the accompanying video to this years Historic Lottery Funding bid. We have our fingers crossed for the bid as the project would be really beneficial for the local area.
